Initially, Recon Enterprise offered a wide range of remodeling services, including tile and flooring installation, drywall and tape and texture work. As the company grew, Lorenzo began working with asset property managers on foreclosed properties, which broadened his scope to include home inspections, evictions, extensive property cleanouts. Recognizing a growing need, he shifted Recon Enterprise’s focus primarily to demolition and debris removal.
